I have had several problems with GFS in the past three weeks. They don't take the word stop. They have continued to call me atleast 10 times a day at my place of employment. I have tried to tell them that they can not be calling me at work but they don't want to hear it. I have told them that if they need to contact me about any personal business that they need to contact me at home. Jim (the person that called) stated that they would call me anywhere that they needed or wanted to.

On several occasion I explained to him that I can not recieve personal calls at my office. He stated that this was considered a business matter and that he would continue to call until the matter was resolved. He also stated that he would continue to call my employer until the company helped him to resolve this matter. I asked him to send me something in the mail or to fax me something showing what amount I owed and why. He stated that I knew what I owed and that he would not be sending me anything in writing.

He continued to ask for my banking information, which I told him I could not and would not give him.

My employer spoke to him several times and explained to him that they were not at liberty to discuss anything about me, not even if I worked there unless he provided something in writing. He stated to them that he was not able to do that. He continued to harrass my Human Resource and Front Desk staff for the next hour. My employer finally called our county police department who came out and took a report.

When I spoke to him again he explained to me that he was not going to tolerate being threated by my employer with the law because he was a lawyer and he knew the law better then we ever would. I still have not been able to stop the calls and don't know how I will. If anyone has any advice please let me know.
