Unwanting to return money as garanteed, ripoff false promises

I was not unpleased with the services and I understood what I was purchasing, but I also understood there was a money back garantee. I never even sent Off for the watch. I never even sent the agreement back in. They took the $29.99 from my account and when I called and cancelled the assurred me I would be credited for that amount. I have called and informed them and they said it would take two to five business days and it's been about two weeks now. I am trying on the issue. Unfortunately the website no longer works.
