I bought 3 magazine subscriptions from a young, black male who was supposedly 'cleaning up his act' after fighting a battle with drugs. I lost a husband to drugs/suicide so I decided to 'help' this young man out and we bought $82 worth of magazines - in February!!! I have called 3 times and spoken to the same lady (Shirley) who promises me a refund will be sent and it never comes. Can someone please help with this or tell me what I can do?
