E Synergy Media took 100.95$ from my debit card and I don't even know who they are. I Have No Idea

They took my money off of my account, first 1.95, and then 11 days later they took another 99.00. I don't even know who this company is, then when I tried to contact them bc I saw the charges on my bank statement, the number they had on my statement said it was out of order, I have no way of getting ahold of them, by mail or by phone, and the email address is fake too.
