This complany continues to charge my debit card every 2 weeks for a product I don't have, or a service I am not getting, and they refuse to work with me

Recently the State of Wisconsin stopped mailing paper checks for those of us receiving Child Support. I started getting mine in the form of a debit card. I check my balances often, mainly daily. I noticed a charge of 11.99 from TLG*COMPHME2708. I inquired to Chase what this transaction was... All they could give me was a phone number.

I called this TLG and they told me that not only did I sign up for this service but also that I was receiving a $20 gift card. They argued with me when I told them I never ordered their services and to boot, I have never received a gift card. Now they continue to charge my debit card for 11.99 every 2 weeks.

I tried settling with Chase but being that at the 1 website I found they list Chase as one of their affiliates, I doubt they will be much help. I like having the card but I don't like having someone else knowing my number.

These people are stealing food from my childrens mouth, and clothes off their back. I hope they are stopped. Until then I will continue to fight them.

In the mean time I will be changing my CS payments to direct deposit.
