Mark Mingolo takes your money but does not deliver product

Track Fire hired you to become a manager for their company, but as it turn out it was mainly to sell their product. First you pay $75 for a background check, then $95 for the kit. You are then given weekly sales goals to become a manager, totaling over $2,000. Of course you never reach the goals since the dollar amount for the goal is being raised constantly.
There are constant meetings and training sessions which eat up your time and gas money. These are actually motivational sessions to keep you selling their product - not training sessions. One of these so called training sessions took place in Atlantic City. Mark Mingolo was sitting at the black jack table flaunting a big wad of money. Now we know where the money came from. A sea of unfilled orders, the money is collected and the promised product will never be delivered. I ordered my prodcut back in December 07 and have not seen it to this date. Numerous phone calls to the company remained unanswered.By now they have skipped town. We heard a report on the company on the local news channel, way too late for us and other people who ordered from this rip off company. That is when my husband jumped ship. He did not want to have any association with this rip off artist. Obviously Track Fire and Mark Mingolo have pulled the same fraudulous stunt in other states and under other company names.
