SCAM mystery shopper BS! Scam

Another lame scam - cash this $5000 check, send us $4500, and keep the rest! We trust you! Yeah, strangers trust me with large sums of money all the time. As if. The company name in the check is Anderson Desk Inc.in San Diego, Ca. - they are appatrently unaware of this scam. I have taken steps to contact them. The website www.homeworkingmom.com is a front for these people, to talk up how great this company is. I hate scumbags like this. You cash the check, send them the money, then the check bounces and you are SCREWED. I plan to follow up with the district attorney in my state, and I will spend whatever time and effort is necessary to see that they are STOPPED. Note - the company's phone number is a cell phone based in Ontario, Canada - an attempt to muddy the waters and avoid prosecution.
