NAQ Games What Happened?

I am writing because I do feel I have been ripped off by NAQ Games. I have already reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I did try to contact Nick Diablo via phone and fax both out of service and email which has a full mailbox.
After I was sent the flyers to sell the game I did distribute them all, from talking to Nick I did not meet the selling amount, so we gave it more time. He did send me a $200.00 check to help with the $980 deposit. I appreciate that, I did everything for 6 months I did not quit or anything which was required. Now I am on a standstill, I would like my money back since that is still on my credit card I just ask for the $780.00 back.

Please Advise what I should do next, thank you.
