The car was listed at 21900 i traded my car in to deduct 3000 off the price to 18900. When all said and done i was rippred off and paid 28000 for a car thats worth 14500 trade in

My car broke down and i needed to get back and fouth to work 7 days a week. Baron 112 sent me a flyer and i responded i went down and shopped the lot. I told percy the sales rep that i needed a vehicle and that i can afford 350 a month. He showed me a 2004 acura tl which is still advertized to this day although its sold. He told me its $21900. I ended up trading my car in which brought the car down to $18900 i said great. When all said n done the finance guy said it will be 586 a month but not to worry cause in three months i can refinance so my payment will be 350. They ended up sighning me a $699 check to pursuade me to sign. At this point i waised three days of work and was desperate for transportation. I was pressured to sign and when i did the car magically turn into a $28000.00 loan and he couldnt expain how it happened. Everyone knew i couldnt afford the payments. Two months later i went to baron honda same owner to trade my car in for a cheeper mor affordable car. They told me the trade in value for my car is $14500 so i would still owe $13500 on the car. Then told me that if i went there first this would have never happened. Now im scewed and i dont know what to do someone please help.
