I found a $4.95 charge on my bank account today. I noticed that it was a Company I had not heard of. I found several complaints online about it & alerted my bank. Now I have to cancel my account & start all over again. I tried contacting several businesses that are close to this one (based on the address they gave) & there is no such address. They have given a fake phone & address. The Better Business Bureau also has several reports on this so-called Company & they have tried to send mail to the address listed for this Company, but they have gotten all mail returned "undeliverable." This is a fraudulent company & they do not really exist. I will no longer be paying my bills online since I have no idea where these people got my bank account information. My bank said they will reimburse me & that to be safe, I should close out my account.
