Blooper Ball Gown - Formal Ball Gown

I recently ordered a ball gown for my daughter from this site. When I got the dress it seemed beautiful but on closer inspection I noticed that it was about 3 inches longer on one side of the skirt than the other and that there was a poof of fabric at the waist on the right side. We paid extra for the dress to be extra long and it was not, not even on the long side of the crooked skirt. I contacted them immediately by e-mail after I spent that afternoon trying to reach them by phone. It took over a week for someone to finally e-mail me back about the dress, all the while I was trying to get someone on the phone about 20 times a day over the next two weeks. They would e-mail me back every 4 or 5 days and say they will call me on a certain day. I would always have my phone in hand. They will not call you, give you an kind of help through e-mail, or answer the phone if you call them. I think the whole operation is a scam. I have contacted my credit card company after trying to solve this problem for 3 1/2 weeks. I now have to find another dress in a week and they still have not called me back or responded in any way except to say, "I'll call you " but they don't! I am afraid that this operation is a pc, 1 person with a phone they don't answer, and a sweat shop in China. They will not respond to my repeated requests so what am I supposed to think?
