Unauthorized charge of credit card Newport

I've tried to purchase items online from Newport News & got an offer to be enrolled into free trial membership with Insider Pass that allows me to have shipping for free. I've enrolled when no details of Credit Cards provided but nevertheless my Credit Card has been changred twice since then, even though I haven't made any purchase on Newport News items due to having international billing address.
Looks like this wasn't a problem for them to charge my Credit Card for membership.
