I was checking the balance on my checking acct., and was informed of an automatic debit attempt on my acct. This attempt was unauthorized, I have never heard of this company, nor did I sign up for identity theft protection from them. This withdrawal attempt caused my a negative balance on my account, and I would appreciate some help in this matter.
