Taking money out of my checking account

They've been getting $9.95 each month out-of my checking account and that I would really like my money-back and also have them quit getting cash out-of my bill. This isn't right, people work difficult due to their cash as well as for them to achieve that is not really right and that I didn't provide them with the authorization to consider cash out-of my bill. If their is somebody that will help me get my money-back I'd truly relish it greatly. Thanks.
