Cheated me out of $6,000 in comission he owed me because he felt like it

A few years ago I worked as a recruiter for Think Energy Group, was the President at that time (I believe that he recently sold the company and is living at Country Club of the South in Alpharetta, GA). Due to mistakes that he and his management made, he closed my division at that time. I told Paul that he owed me $6,000. He said that he was not going to pay me my money because he did not feel like it! Another lady that worked there said he cheated her also. One of his scams that he used to cheat his salespeople and recruiters was to fire the ones who were late arriving to work in the morning (because they had kids to take care of usually). BUT, he used this to only fire the ones that were due substantial commission monies. He must have cheated them out of HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS over the years.
