Grant Instructors - Research Center RIP OFF for $49.50

I would like a refund of $49.50 for a unauthorized charge to my checking account (#4020). I ordered a CD for which I belived was free, and I only had to pay for shipping wich was $2.95. One of your representatives gave me your email address and informed me that you were the only one who would grant a refund.

I never used your services, loged into your website or even called your representatives. When I ordered the CD rom I didn't know that you were going to enroll me into a secret contract.

I spoke to my bank and then informed me that I should try to resove this problem with you first before openning a claim for an unauthorized charge on my account. Please refund my account in full for the $49.50. You may contact me at at any time.

If I dont get a refund with in 7 days I will notifiy BBB of Nevada of this scam.
