Sugar cane juicer machine / Zama Enterprises Corp

I have exactly the same problem. I
purchase a sugar cane juicer over the internet from Zama Enterprises Corp from Colombia. When we show interest to bay the machimne, they call us frequently.

We bay machimne in March to, they said they sipping the machimne in 2 weeks and its almost 3 months and I have not heard anything from them, the dont answer are phone call and e mail. We transfer from a Banks in Colombia named DAVIVIENDA to there bank US 1.910 and we have not received the mechandize.

Please help us, im from colombia and its hard for us do some thin from hear. I have the invoice number but a did not know who to send it to you.
