I can't get A refund that is coming to me ST CHARLES

I took out a warranty on my car back in oct. I PAID A down payment of 375.00 then payments were 187.00 a a month.in FEB i traded cars, so i called dealerships services and ask what i needed to do since i traded cars. So i sent in all my paper work they needed and called them a week later they said it would be about 6 weeks. Six weeks have come and gone

I talked with Ashley she told us the amount and we should have the check in about a week that it should have already been process. The check never came so we talked with Leslie the lady that does the refunds on May 7 that the check was beening process that we should have the check in our hot little hands by May the 19.

Today is that date and guess what no check so i call them again. They said we will have to let you talk to Leslie she does the refunds but she's at lunch. That when i told them that they are giving us the run around
