Rip off company

This company is a rip off we took out a loan twice now. Our mistake trusting this company they took unauthorized debits both times the first time our bank got involved got all our money back plus bank fees we also got an email stating how sorry they were for the mishap. So we got in a pinch and thought ok second chance with this company our mistake they debitted again unauthorized debits which resulted in closing our bank account and we will not open up another one due to this. They also had the nerve to email me stating i owe them still i sent one back telling them they took enough money out of my account which in turn i had to pay all bank fees not too mention all my checks that didnt go through due to them they were not getting anymore money from us. They had some woman emai lme back after tim did stating the best they could do was offer me a lower payment i could pay to them. Not a chance i am sending these people anymore money.
