To Whom This May Concern,
I need your help, i have been having $19.95 taken out of my account twice already. I have not ordered anything, I have disputed it with them and my bank.
They had taken money out of my account May 8 and also May 15th. I had emailed them and told them that i want my money back. They emailed and said that it would take 30-45 days, and I said that it didn't take you long to take it out of my account, so why should I have to wait, when I didn't order anything.
