I was ripped off in the worse way beware

I was basicly screwed by this company in many many ways.in the first way I came home from working all day and just wanted to relax, and to my surprise there was what was supposed to be a new kirby sitting in my living room. My wifes reply was I told them to take it they said they would be back just try it and see what i thought. He returned and i told him no several times for 2 hours straight. Finally I got aggravated and signed just to shut him up because i had 72 hours to back out of it. And i was going to call as soon as he left. But as soon as I went to look at the papers there was no phone number to call and cancel. Soi i was more or less forced intop the sale. The second i tried to pay several times by debit card which they said they couldnt accept. So i tried checks which they also said they couldnt accept. Then they didnt want to allow time for a money order. Next thing I know I am getting garnished for something I was more than willing to pay but they didnt want to accept anything. Calling me at work acting very very rude with me. And now the piece of crap barely even works and they will not work on it. LIFETIME GUARANTEE MY REAR END (AND OH YEAH BY THE WAY THE GUY WHO REPRESENTED THIS CASE WAS ALSO THE NOTARY) I HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO PROVE THIS NOW HOW IS THIS LEGAL? I mean how is it a fair case when the notary is also the lawyer representing the same case? Then the attorneys handling this garnishment will not answer any of my phone calls I have left message after message with no reply.
