I was sent a check for 4800.00 and told to cash it send a money order for 2950.00 then i would get a check for 250,000 Toronto

I received a letter in the mail saying i won in the international sweepstakes I won 250,000 I was sent a check for 4800.00 then told to call claim agent Brian Johnson who would tell me where to cah my check and instruct me to where to send 2950.00 to pay taxes on my winnings of 250,000 dollars that would have to be payed through western union or a goverment tax agent.
