Total frustrating fraud that will not end! They keep charging my credit card, and use misleading tactics to trick you

I have now had to deal with this company three times since last year and have unresolved charges on my credit card. Apparently if you case a small check from your credit card company (which, by the way, masquerades as a cash back reward) you will automatically be signed up for this hellish company that will never end!!! You receive cards in the mail that they're hoping you ignore, saying that they will renew your subscription to their service. You don't even know what this service is or how you got signed up for it.

When you call in they continue to try and sell you - you have to tell them multiple times that you want to cancel - end of story. Then, instead of will not remove name from database, I have been charged 3 times and they just continue to send my name to another department instead of removing me all together.

This company is just awful and I hope no one else is getting taken advantage of. They may even have a good product but no one will ever get to find out because they just bamboozle you into their service!
