Treatment towards customers

There was an incident where my friend who was a customer was accused of stealing from international imports associates of united liberty. Not only were The police were called to file a report but the manager called my friend and used vulger language towards them. But wait it doesnt stop there. Jeanette Nelson put her two cents in as well. I dont know about you but i believe this is no way to treat a customer who may or may not of stolen. The kicker is that once the police had gotten to the shop, the videos were revued and inventory was recounted just to find that there was nothing stolen. The funniest part of it all was that the manager who had cursed out my friend had miscounted. My personal opinion on this is how can you allow someone to work for you when they helped you make a fool of yourself. The manager had miscounted and because of her mistake my friend was mistreated emotionally.

Im writing this complaint to inform you of the caliber of employee she has working for her.
