Shady Return Policy & Gross inflation of price

Dual-Action Cleanse - saw product being sold in my local GNC for $39.95 and I was being billed $79.90. I kept rec'g product when I finally called customer service and was told you can only return the very first shipment. When I told them about the gross overpricing compared to GNC, I was told "Well, your cost goes down $5.00 each month you order." I asked for the corporate office address and I was told there is no address. I am now taking my plea to the Better Business Bureau. As of right now I am out around $200.00.
