Wrong pay, 3 months, MOD, district managers very slack

Im a current employee of movie gallery and they have not been paying me what they should. Start off is 5.85 as a CSA, then 6.15 for a MOD (manager on duty) well im still getting 5.85 after 3 months of being a MOD. Someone who has been there a shorter time than me is getting 6.15 while i am getting 5.85 an hour, also there records show that i should only be getting 6.00 an hour while as the other guy is gonna be getting 6.15 and we do the SAME job. Please someone help me with some legal talk here. I need to know what i can do since no one will listen to me at work.
