Ripped Off

I checked my PayPal account the other day for my balance and found that I received a charge on my PayPal Mastercard for $12.79 from this company (or whatever you want to call them) and it was paid. I have filed for resolution from PayPal but doubt that I will get anything done.

I don't know how they are getting the card numbers but I hope they can be caught and stopped.
