Lordz Flowers Ruins Mothers Day

I live in Northern California, my mother lives in Montrose (near Glendale/La Crescenta) I ordered flowers last night from a Lordz Flowers in Montrose. They said they were family owned since 1977 so I figured
this would be a smooth transaction.

I have my receipt and their website page that states what I order was called a lavender dozen for 52.95 here is the link.

I also ordered a small box of chocolate for $9.99, after delivery and tax the total charged was $73.54.

I received a voice mail to call this company and did so this morning. They told me that the flowers would not be lavender and they would be pink, I said great that is fine.

Then she proceeded to tell me that her flowers were $69.00 and I did not pay for the chocolate. Of course I read her my receipt and pointed out this was the fee on her website and she can't change the fee from $52.95 to $69.00 then make me pay again for the chocolate. She starts yelling at me that she doesn't care what is on the website and that is the Teleflora website. After going round and round with this person she has now refused to deliver the order.

I have pointed out that bait and switch is illegal to this person Laura Dsouza and she doesn't care and feels she can have her website say one thing and then charge another.

I would HATE to have any more people order from the company and experience the same situation this Mothers Day. This is the type of business you are doing business with and I absolutely want something done.
