The charged me $79.95 for spyware and told me it was only $50.00! It did not work

A pop-up came up on my computer telling me I had a virus and I could buy this SpyWare software for $49.95 to have it removed. I put in my credit card information. The next thing I knew they had charged me $79.95 and $0.80 Foreign fee! I called the 1-800-657-9205 and I waited 20 minutes and no one was came to the phone. The voice mail prompted me to leave a voice mail however the user's voice mail box is FULL! I'm unable to reach this company. I want my $79.95 back!!!
