Riddex
Has not send my riddex order or my money its been months

I ordered riddex on 2/9/08 it been 3 months and I have not yet recieved my riddex product or my refund of $47.85. I wish I could tell you weather the product actually works, but riddex hasn't sent it to me. After 5 1/2 weeks of ordering riddex and not recieving anything, I figured to call the riddex company, and the representative told me that the order was already shipped out on 2/14/08, five days after my order date, and that they will make a full investigation with the post office. A few weeks later I call riddex to check on the status of the investigation, and no investigation was ever made. After 2 1/2 months of waiting I decided to ask for my refund of $47.85. I have been fighting with this riddex company for about 3 months now (and counting) to try and get my refund. Tell you the truth after all of the headaches, I dont even want the product even if they gift wrap it and send it to me for free.
