Changed phone number after inquiring about sale of purchased stamps

Over a couple of years, I purchased nearly a dozen different stamps purchased for $50,000 plus. I was told the value is guaranteed and should see an appreciation of 20-30%. When I started inquiring about selling some of these stamps, after a few calls, they changed their phone number. I have no way to contact these people. I would sure like to be able to talk to them and I believe the broker's name was Dan Williams.
