Unauthorized Access to my Checking Account for amount of 229.95b activated Overdraft Protection Loan leaving. 59 cents in my bank ripoff thieves

About two weeks ago I received a phone call from a telemarketer trying to sell me a medical service they offer for anyone while traveling stateside or overseas that gives you easy access to all your medical records in the event of an emergency. Well, I first inquired how this TM got my name and number which she tells me from a Medical Directory. I have never heard of a Medical Directory so I was suspicious right then. She then made the comment, "well, you do go to doctors don't you?" I told her thats none of your business. She seemed to try to have an answer for all my questions and arrogant and NOSY. I told her I have no use for their service and if I need my medical records I know where to get them. I don't need to pay someone to do this for me. The telephone call ended.

Now here it is a few weeks later and I get one of those blue slips from my bank (not a good sign) this means a check bounced. I knew this was odd cause I have not written any checks the this last week. I opened the envelope and I knew right away when I saw the amount something was wrong. Plus, I did not authorize anyone or give my Account number out to anyone, and definately not that TM (Telemarketer) Well, they took all my money from my checking and then some. Sent my account into Overdraft Protection Loan Status for 142.00 leaving me with. 59 cents in my account. I called the number on the blue slip and this was another company who looks up the letter code before the number which in my case it was BK. The rep tells me one second and looks up who the Firm is and gives me the Phone Number. I called and talked to one of their TMarketers. I told him did you know oyu are working for a company who is taking peoples' money illegally. I tried to find out his Supervisor's name (he says Tony and he doesn't know his last name) I asked him who runs the company? Who is the CEO? He says I don't know. I was only able to find out he has worked there one month and the location is Champlain, New York. I did a search on Google and NO LUCK. Now my only other course of action is to go to the BBB and the Police. This is outright THEFT and FRAUD. I am so glad I found this website though. Thanks... And it feels good to have a place to document this and maybe save others from the same grief. I put a stop payment on the ACH and the Overdraft Loan was cancelled. They may keep trying to get more money from me so I may end up closing my account altogether.
