Fialure to deliver as promised

In December I purchased 3 magazine subscriptions from a young man representing Second To None.in March I actually was able to talk to a representative at the company who indicated that I would have to wait another 4 weeks before requesting any monies back. Delivery was promised and I was assured that if the subscriptions had not arrived by then that I would receive all monies back.

In April I attempted to call again when the subscriptions still had not arrived... I only got a voicemail telling me to call during business hours... 3 attempts and I emailed them... 3 more email attempts and then a request with proof of purchase (check number and receipt number) by mail. It is now May and I haven't heard a word. Sooo I was ripped off.

Sadly this means that ANY salesperson coming to my door will be turned away... This company ruined any chance for anybody to ever sell anything in this neighborhood again. Warning if any representative from any company comes to your door... Turn them away... They are theives and liars.
