If you have contacted or been contacted by Alcina Talbott -BEWARE!!! She is VERY DANGEROUS. Alcina Talbott has been documented with a mental disorder from the Veterans Affairs Hospital / Mental Health Division. She currently has a valid restraining order against her, with two separate families. She has harassed, stalked, and THREATENED TO KILL several individuals, including small children. Alcina Talbott is currently under investigation for breaking her restraining order and continuing to threaten the lives of children and individuals. It is all documented and recorded.
