Total Life Ministiries - Teacher's Pal ORDERS MERCHANDISE AND FAILS TO PAY FOR IT! Be careful!

I am the owner of a small Phoenix based company who has managed to be in business for over 10 years. I do this by maintaining the Goodwill with the many that I have been fortunate enough to do business with.

This client special ordered a copier through me, knew that the copier would have to be special ordered, programmed specifically to work with her computers and on the day it was to be delivered called and cancelled. This has cost me thousands of dollars and the have no excuse for their cancellation. Their contract with me says they have to cancel a minimum of 48 hours in advance of delivery but I am too small a company to send an attorney after them. I've checked with a few other vendors in the Phoenix area and found that I am just one of many that they have done this too.

I felt everyone should know so they don't have a similiar incident occur to them!
