Steve Geraci's management of Allstate Imaging in the Tucson office is an utterly classic case of and incompetently educated, mal-educated and insufficiently educated manager, occasionally rude enough of the phone to turn on dillusional, wicked and diminutive secretaries and purchasers, whose promotion really not only led to sadism and sincerely legitimate civil rights complaints, plus utterly unnecessary sadism and tragedy for company employees, but who is truly insufficiently couth to manage educated and experienced men.

Buck salesperson really not ready to manage those with college and university degrees. Very bad decisions - not only in promoting Steve, not only in his continued employment without apology, but in the very wrong and misleading promotions decisions he appeared to make and the consequent civil and criminal violations both by and to Allstate Employees.

Whatever Steve's performance, he surely and clearly does not attain the personal social rank nor correct protocol and intelligence to reasonably and maturely, correctly manage in accordance with guidelines regarding current law, civil rights, and his actual example.

Seat of the pants decisions, quick shot calls really wrong, a person really controlled beyond his knowledge and education who does not actually, even with time, give employees a fair and good example and chance.

So very sorry to give this company and management credence dysfunctionally.
