Charged me for the night that I did not stay at hotel

I was being charged my credit card for the hotel night that I did not stay in there. I called and spoke to management there and they said that they cant do nothing about it. I just want to make sure that people are aware of that scam. I would not ever in my life stay at Holiday Inn for any price anywhere. I will make sure non of my family or friends will stay there. I am going to sue them for this. I worked hard for this money.
