This lawyer wile representing the worldwide asset purchasing llc, filed a motion to levy my account without serving me notice of court date so I default, then he waits 3yrs 2 months to levy. I cant find this so called credit card debt on my credit report at all and he filed 8 yrs after the last activity on any credit card I ever had.
