EZ Aouto Sales, Johnny's Suzuki they overcharge me

I purchased a 2000 Kia Sephia from EZ Sales on April for $ 6999. With the financing it came to over $ 8000. This car appraised by the county only for $ 1650. It broke down every month after the first 30 days. After a year I wanted to trade in and they never gave me a correct appointment and in one of the phone coversations they offer me way older cars because i wasnt able to come up with at least 1000 dollars cash.

I wrote them a letter and ask them to take the car back and call it even with all the payments that I made (almost 3000 dollars) they never returned my calls and mails. I wonder how come they are not being inspect for the prices. And the cars on the commercials never there or never prices as told.
