Auction Success
They scammed me into a recurring subscription

Miscellaneous

Auction Success AKA Clickincome offered a free Ebay seminar. During the seminar the presenter offered a 4 hour comprehensive seminar for $20 that included a free lunch. I walked to the back of the room and paid for the 4 hr seminar with my charge card. I decided to not attend that seminar. One month later I discovered a $10 charge on my credit card from Auction success. Upon calling them, they informed me that I had purchased a subscription that allowed them to bill my charge card every month. They insisted that they could not cancel the account over the phone and that I must first send written notice of cancellation and they could not refund any previously paid monies. These people used the most disgusting bait and switch tactic I have ever seen. I urge anyone who has fallen prey to these poeple to take action against them. They are doing this to thousands of unsuspecting honest people.
