Items ordered, credit card charged and order NEVER received. Impossible to get ahold of company, e-mails to all listed contacts are met with an automated reply. Phone messages left never returned and sometimes you cannot even leave a message. Tried several times to submit a "trouble ticket" on the website and unable to do so.
