Fraudulent claims of making 5-6,000 per mth

Purchased a package to make extra money online processing rebates in the amount of 197dollars from a woman named Angel Stevens. Never saw any kind of evidence that I was going to be doing this. I was only shown ways to post classified ads on the internet. Soon after I was contacted by todd wheeler of precision fx who promised to make me 5-6,000 mthly in 3-6 mths by following a program with help from a team. The cost - 3800 dollars-. Agreed to this amt. As long as they held up thier end of the bargain to help start the internet business. I asked about the original claim to process rebates and he sideshifted the conversation claiming that I would be shown how to do this. I never saw any of this. The only thing he and his team did to help me is call once a week to see if I had any questions. They never setup any websites for me as they claimed they would. For 4 weeks this went on at which point I asked for my money back. Never heard from todd. Called again the next week and left a second message with todd wheeler, he never called back. I will file a claim with the BBB and with St. George, utah commerce dept.
