XPMedic
Paypal scam - unlock key not received

Miscellaneous

I did a Google search on registry cleaners and found what appeared to be a legit review on asknerd.com. They recommended XPMedic by Post Media. The problem is that I used Paypal and gave them my money but there is an "error" on their website that does not allow you to receive your unlock key.

Even though they list 24/7 tech support you cannot contact them other than by e-mail (the support link on their website also happend to be "broken"). The only thing I have received is an automatically generated e-mail stating that I would be contacted in 12-24 hours. The fact that it came from "PRODUCE-support" made me think they are either moonlighting as a grocery store or this is a typical ESL scam company.

I subsequently did a Google search on "XPMedic scam" and found out I am not alone. Wish I had checked for scams on them first!
