Rip off borrowed 300 have paid over that and still owe $ 462.00 trying to lock me up for non payment twice in magistrate

National title pawn is rip off they got me before on a dodge stealth like this, i swore i would never use them again but finances of these days i had no choice. I borrowed 320.00 to start the 20 had to pay titles fees. Well i have paid on it several times and then recieved a letter from magistrate court to determine if they are probable cause exist to that a crime has been commited, and whether criminal warrant should be issued! Can you believe this, i mean these people got more than what i have borrowed and still want me locked up and from what i have heard, the judge will lock you up for them if you dont pay this off. When you appear at court from people who have been thru this already.

Is this fair i think something should be done. They tryed to set legal limits on their interest rates but said title paws payed off local goverment letting the bill be disposed of is this fair? To us the consumer? Can anyone help this is freakin crazy. On august 2 ill be in jail for not paying 460 dollars on a truck i borrowed 320 on wtf!!!

I guess media coverage is what ill have to do to open peoples eyes i will repost this on every site i can find pertaining to this matter. If i am in jail my brother will continue to update this and whats goin on. I did not know you could be locked up for not being able to pay a debt!!! If so 99% of america would be locked up today!!! Dont you guys think. National title pawn is a ripoff anyone who has dealt with this plz reply and lets get together!!!
