Resolution Procedures took money without authorization

I never applied for a payday loan, my fiancee did and I know for a fact that she does not yet know my bank information yet somehow they charged my account. They say there is nothing they can do and that they cannot help me so one so forth.

Anyone who has had this happen to them NEEDS to go to FTC. Gov and file a complaint. If there are enough complaints FTC will investigate and shut them down for good. This is called predatory lending and predatory business practices. FTC will stop them. However they will not do an actual investigation without more than a few complaints. I myself have filed one, my fiancee filed one and now the rest of you should file one and get these guys closed down for good.
