Received a letter with 2 checks totaling 75,000.00 was asked to put lowest check in bank and call her to get certificate for security on other check. I called provident bank in new york asked them about the checks and was told they were not valid to throw them away. A word to the wise check or call banks that issued the checks to see if they are true checks and are safe. I did my research before i became a victim. The letter was from equity solutions and stated the checks were from sweepstakes bonanza wheel of fortune 21 st century star alliance withyellow pages. And would be foward to secure bond bureau (sbb)
