Liquidatin associate - start up kit

I paid $149 @16 s&h for a start up kit from Tiran Zaken. I was told in a 12 page hype filled letter that everything I needed to get started would be in the kit. The kit arrived and inside I found one page of instructions, sample letter heads, sample post cards, a sample envelope, seven pages repeaing the one page of instructions, one sentence telling you if you wanted Zaken to handle bidding you would have to request new forms. I asked before I signed up if I would be provided leads, they said yes.in the kit they tell you to look in the yellow pages or check yhe library. Then they use 14 pages describing this wonderful life time free directory and close to the last page they say only $495 dollars if you sign up now. More pages about how important advertising is and another request to get post cards. If you sign up right away and get 3,000 they will put your info on the cards for $260. They tell you you can get a web site for $295 if you sign up now. There are more requests for great deals only if you sign up before you have even had a chance to see if the program works. He offers to refund the money AFTER your third commisioned deal. They do hold your check and have not yet charged my account but you have to return the kit priority mail to get a refund or stop them from charging your account. The kit is simply nurmerous ways to throw money to Tiran Zaken. Oh, the 1-800 number offered is never answered so you will have to incure long distance charges and be put on hold often. When I called to complain all they said was your account has not been charged yet.
