I am an individual that invented a product for the construction industry. The product was well received at large trade shows for the industry. At a particular trade show I was attending (PCBC in San Fran.) I was approached by a gentleman by the name of BILL FLEMING. He seemed to be a good guy that showed an interest in what we were doing. He recommended that we talk to an associate of his that was at the show. BILL FLEMING introduced us to an American citizen by the name of BILL KRUPNICK, that supposedly had factories in China dealing with the manufacturing of plastic extrusion and injection molding.

My associates walked the show and met some of Bill KRUPNICK AND 3C INTERGLOBAL clients. It all seemed o.K. We set up a meeting soon after the show after checking references and began a business relation with BILL KRUPNICK and 3C INTERGLOBAL. That is when the RIP-OFF nightmare began.

After being strung along by BILL KRUPNICK AND 3C-INTERGLOBAL for going on two years and almost bankrupting our company, we have found out from clients of BILL KRUPNICK and 3C-INTERGLOBAL (some of which we were introduced to at the PCBC show) that scumbag has ripped them off too.

THE BILL KRUPNICK SCAM is as follows—

1- Introduction at trade show to let you know what a better deal his company can give you by manufacturing with his company 3C-INTERGLOBAL LTD. (he also fraudulently represents his company as a U.S. Company doing business in China)

2-Deposits for tooling to BILL KRUPNICK AND 3C INTERGLOBAL&He at this point has NO intention of making your tooling in house. He will make excuses why tooling needs to be outsourced. BILL KRUPNICK does NOT want you to know where your tooling is - or where your product is being manufactured. At this point your stuck!!! You can't get your tooling and BILL KRUPNICK has you by the BALLS!!! Overcharging 2,3, 4 times, blaming your company for his shortcomings, constant lies etc...

3- BILL KRUPNICK now will try, and sometimes succeed, in STEALING your product. He feels he is safe hiding in China from legal issues. We shall see.
