Dwayne gardner and i were married august 22nd 2002. He had claimed after we were married that we were going to purchase this home. To which he had me going out and checking out home. He then founded a brand new home with a price ticket of $1,357.800.00. I was taking off from work dealing with the construction of the home... Color pattern and land scape of the house. When the seller wanted more information, dewayne never once gave up a dime, saying the money would come from the family trust funds, as to which it would only be a matter of time, these people would have there money.

After a few weeks of dewayne promises i've finally told the builder to forget it. Cause dewayne would disapper. And then reappear, claiming he had to go to vegas for client relantionship dealing, had me to tell my landlord that i was moving. And then learned he never once called nor returned any of my emails. Now 4years lata i've wanted a divorced from him, causing me to spend hundreds of dollars to find him and serve him with a divorce.

Now finding that not only was he married to me that august of 2oo4, but got married again that following month to someone else. And finally had to post a publication of notication of divorce in the atlanta daily report. Now seeing this report on him and the woman to whom he had married pryor to me. And now finding that he is now currently locked up in tennesse. Hoped that he do enough time there, i like to sued him, nut i don't wanted take another woman money. He is in the right place. Where he needs to be (in jail)
