Unauthorized charges to credit card

Superpass Real Net is charging me $15 monthly and i have no idea who they are or how they rec'd my credit card number. Credit card co. Provided me with their phone number to contact and cancel charge. Absolutely can not get through to any acctg. Dept. Voice mail always says 'try back later'.
